Office Manager
We require a full time office manager for our busy legal Practice. The successful applicant will be responsible for most aspects of day-to-day administration, including personnel, health and safety, purchase of supplies and services and all building and equipment maintenance requirements. You will be based in Scunthorpe but will be required to travel to other offices as necessary.
You will have had some experience in a similar role (not necessarily within a law firm), be able to work well under pressure and to prioritise, have good organisational and people skills and a good understanding of IT, including MS Office.

Trainee Administrative Assistant
We require a full time trainee administrative assistant to undertake general administrative duties and to assist our reception staff with the smooth running of our reception department and post room. There will be the opportunity to train in reception duties and for further advancement within the Firm. You will be based at our principle office in Scunthorpe. Hours are from 9.00am until 5.00pm with one and a quarter hours for lunch. National minimum wage.
