New Era for Long Established Local Firm

Symes Bains Broomer solicitors in Scunthorpe, Goole, and Howden have obtained authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority to be licensed as an Alternative Business Structure from 1st October 2018. This allows non-lawyers to hold senior positions within the business and take a stake in the practice. Symes Bains Broomer has combined this authorisation with incorporation as a Limited Company, and will trade as Symes Bains Broomer Limited going forward.

Rodger Price, Managing Partner, welcomes two new Directors to the practice. Andy Ford, the firm’s Practice Manager, and Helen Barton, the firm’s senior Agricultural and Commercial property solicitor, are appointed as Directors from 1st October 2018.
