I started working at Symes Bains Broomer in 2017 as a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing Department. Whilst working for Symes Bains Broomer in this role I completed my Legal Practice Course and was then offered a training contract in 2019, following my training contact with Symes Bains Broomer I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021. I now work within the Commercial Property Department, I am involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions including Landlord and Tenant transactions, the buying and selling of both freehold and leasehold properties, advice to commercial lenders and developers and negotiating option agreements.
I provide my clients with clear and concise advice with no legal jargon to meet and exceed the expectations of my clients.
