I am a Conveyancing Executive here at Symes Bains Broomer and work within the Residential Conveyancing Department, based at our Scunthorpe Office, assisting clients with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale/purchase of residential property/land and transfers of equity/remortgages.
I provide a professional service to all clients as well as being friendly, approachable, and proud to work within a Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accredited department. Within the 20 plus years of working within the firm, I have undertaken roles such as Office Junior from the age of 19, Secretary within our Civil Litigation Department and provided debt advice under Legal Aid. I have also undertaken various roles within the Residential Conveyancing Department such as Administrator and Assistant to one of the departments Conveyancing Executives, before progressing to be a Conveyancing Executive myself prior to 2020.
As well as undertaking my conveyancer role, I am also a qualified First Aider, Mental Health First Aider and Fire Marshall who not only assists our clients with their instructions but assists colleagues when in need.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family who keep me entertained and extremely busy.
