Laura Parkin

I initially started working in Law in 2013 when I was 18 in the archiving and admin departments. I progressed from this department and was trained to be a Paralegal in the Wills, Probate & Deputyship department helping with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and quite quickly progressed to running my own caseload. I enjoy meeting with, and speaking to, new clients and supporting them through some of the toughest times of their lives providing them with support and reassurance throughout.

I previously studied Health & Social at college and always enjoyed helping people. When I started working in Law, I was introduced to Deputyship matters and I have been able to adapt some of my skills from college to deal with these types of matters and helping clients who are vulnerable.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for long walks with my dog and socialising with friends and family.
